Last exercise for chest today. I’m sure all of you have some bands you’ve purchased for some home quarantine workouts. They are fun to incorporate to change the strength curve and add some new tension to movements. I throw them in occasionally to break the boredom. Friday May 29th: DE Upper Body . It was HOT today. For the first time this year, the heat really got to me. However, can’t make excuses. Get to work! . Speed Multi-Grip Bench vs. Bands up first today. Followed by Rolling Triceps Extensions with my new T-Grip Barbell from @americanbarbell and Wide Grip Lat-Pulldowns. Finished up with some Banded Alphabet, Band Pull-Aparts, and Band Facepulls. . The heat definitely had an effect on my speed today, but I will adapt. Good stuff either way! .
