ITS MONDAY// Does it feel like the start of a fresh week to you? Or just like the days are rolling into one? We are into our 4th week here now and what felt such a strange idea of isolation and quarantine is now feeling the new norm?! 🤔 My best tips on getting through this time with a positive head is keeping a kind of routine in your day, making sure to exercise each day for movement and your mind, get creative with the kids, eat well, try new recipes, have fun, enjoy some self care & be sure to treat yourself a little where possible! ✨💓 I loved some Swedish candy from @candy_girlsandboysheaven delivery 🚚 Felt so good after finally being strict with my diet over 3 weeks!
