🥞😍 SUPER FLUFFY PANCAKES! 🚨🚨Recipe: 190g of spelled flour (1 cup + 1/2 cup) 2 tsp of baking powder 250ml of sugar-free almond milk (1 cup) 1 tsp vinegar 3 tsp of apple sauce 2 tsp agave 1. Add the vinegar to the almond milk, mix. 2. Add the flour and the rest of the ingredients onto a bowl except the baking powder. Mix well. 3. Add the baking powder and slowly mix until you have a smooth batter. 4. Cook your pancakes on a low heat on a nonstick pan. Place 2 tbsp of the mixture into the pan and flip them when small bubbles start to appear. 5. Cook the pasta and drain. 2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add onions and cook 8-9 minutes until soft & lightly caramelized. Add garlic, thyme, lemon rind for 2 minutes. Remove the rind. 3. Pour in the Cashew Cream, followed by the cooked pasta. Toss gently to coat and heat through. Off the heat, add the lemon zest, tomatoes, basil, and pine nuts. Tag 150 #veganbbq | PART IV Selbstgemachtes Hummus in zwei Variationen: ein Klassiker, schnell und einfach zubereitet. Ich habe für das Basis-Hummus 400 g Kichererbsen aus der Dose genommen und es bereits am Vortag fertig gemacht, damit es noch etwas durchziehen konnte. Bild 1: Getrocknete Tomaten-Hummus | Bild 2: Klassisches Hummus ZUTATEN 400 g Kichererbsen aus der Dose 1-2 Knoblauchzehen 4 EL Tahin 6 EL Olivenöl 3 EL Zitronensaft 1 handvoll getrocknete Tomaten Salz, Pfeffer ZUBEREITUNG: Alle Zutaten zusammen in den Mixer und so lange pürieren bis eine glatte Masse entsteht (falls es euch etwas zu trocken erscheint, einfach etwas Wasser hinzugeben). Die eine Hälfte ist dann so als Klassisches-Hummus direkt in den Kühlschrank gewandert, während ich unter die andere Hälfte noch ca. 1 handvoll getrocknete Tomaten gehoben habe.
